What is POWERbreathe? POWERbreathe is for anyone who breathes. The POWERbreathe Principle... many people think breathing is as auto-controlled as your heart beat, BUT it isn't. Most of us need to learn to breathe well. POWERbreathe exercises your inspiratory muscles - the muscles we use to breathe.
Like any under used muscle the inspiratory muscle becomes weak without exercise. POWERbreathe has a unique pressure valve which creates resistance against the inward breath, making your inspiratory muscles work harder and ultimately improving their strength and endurance.
