Adjustable weights..
The weight of the vest is fully adjustable from .05 kg to 16 kg. Simply add or remove the weights as needed. The X-Vest comes with 4 kg of weights (8 half kilogram blocks). Additional weights can be purchased to adjust the weight up to 16 kg.
